My husband and I did a tasting with Tim to cater our wedding - the food was absolutely incredible and we chose them to cater. The food did not disappoint at the wedding! We chose to roast a pig and offer our guests many of the wonderful foods that Tim cooks.

Tim and Eugenia catered my wedding in August of 2021. We wanted a pig roast and boy, did we pick the right people! From start to finish, they were a delight to work with. We visited their Troutdale location for a tasting earlier that year...

Local shop ran by community members. One of the owners always comes in early because i have to leave for work so early. Tim is great at catering and all his food is homemade. Absolutely worth the trip for coffee or gyros...

Tim's BBQ & Roasting catered our daughters birthday today & I must tell you the food was more then amazing. The meatballs were a hit, not to mention how delicious everything else tasted. Thank you!

As the manager for The Troutdale House by the Sandy River, we love when we have a wedding or event that includes food from Tim's BBQ! The food is amazing and the service is excellent!

The greek meatballs are my favorite lunch hands down - well except for Wednesdays when Tim prepares fall-off-the-bone ribs. I recommend highly.

The ribs on Wednesday are a must. They come off the bone and the potato salad is just as good and its homemade which makes it that much better.
